FloraFirenze, 30 April-11 May

Florence is preparing to welcome Italy’s largest exhibition-show of plants and flowers in the field of floriculture. From 30 April to 11 May, gardens and natural environments will be reproduced in the former Mulina complex, in the heart of the Cascine Park. Plants and flowers will color Florence’s green lung, thanks to the work of more than 400 companies in the sector taking part in the event.
FloraFirenze will be a witness and reference point as the center of proposals and opportunities for businesses, enthusiasts and the general public.
Along the way that will be prepared inside the Mulina, it will be possible to enjoy viewing Italian gardens, citrus tree and rose collections, exotic gardens, bonsai gardens and desert environments. However, the real highlight will be the 15-meter high monumental fountain created in the tropical environment positioned at the center of the former racecourse, with lianas, ferns, and tillandsias of every color. And to satisfy the palate, there will be the Food Village, in collaboration with EnoAgriArt, a veritable park of local gastronomic identity offering an excellent selection of the best Italian foods.
